Action only

A betting rule that might take place in some poker games, aiming to protect all-in players. It basically says that only full (or half) bets can be raised. The meaning of the rule is that if a poker player made an all-in bet, and that way bet less than a full (or half) bet, other players may call but may not raise it. For example: Player 1 is betting 10$, player 2 calls, Player 1 than going all in with his last 7$, This is called action only, now player 2 can only call and not raise. The non all-in players might than open a side pot.
