What is Texas holdem poker?

How do you play Texas holdem poker?

In the game each player gets two pocket cards face-down while five community cards are dealt face-up exposed in poker room.
Each player constructs his best five-card poker hand based on these seven cards. In The game there are 4 pokers dealing steps (rounding bets):
  1. After the pocket cards are dealt and each poker player has two cards (hole cards) face down a round of betting is conducted.
  2. In the second round, three community cards are dealt up on the poker table. Those cards are called in online poker “the flop”.
  3.  The third round called the “turn”. In that poker step, a fourth card is dealt on the Texas holdem poker table.
  4. On the fourth round, a fifth poker card is dealt on the poker room. The fifth step called “the river”.

The poker player in the dealer position is the last person to act. This player has an information advantage, since he knows what all other poker players will do before he has to act.

"Running it twice" is a situation which occurs in a Texas holdem poker game, usually between two poker players. Running it twice consists of the dealer distributing twice the play cards, with both results standing. The play cards from the first board are not replaced when the second is dealt.
The Running it twice occurs when there is no more action in the poker hand and all the chips are in the middle. If the poker chips went all-in after the “flop” and the “turn”, only the “river” card would be distributed twice. What is No Limit ?
