END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THRU THIS LICENSE COMPLETELY ANDTTENTIONALY.

Please note that by downloading and installing the WalkerPoker.com's online poker room software you agree to be bound by low to the terms and conditions as published in this End User License Agreement (EULA) made between you, the poker room end user and WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming that is the operating company of the www.WalkerPoker.com online poker room.

1. LICENCE CONTRIBUTION. The installation and use of the online poker room software right given to you by WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming is non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable. The right to download and install the online poker room software provided you comply with the terms and conditions published here.
2. USING THE ONLINE POKER ROOM SOFTWARE. The user has the right to download, install and use the WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming's online poker room software, unless listed in section 2.1

1. Persons not allowed to use the online poker room software are listed as followed: (i) persons under the age of 18, (ii) persons under the legal age of majority in their home country or jurisdiction, and (iii) persons who are governed by laws of their home country or jurisdiction which deem connecting to our site and the use of our online poker room software illegal.

1. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERATION. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming provides you with the online poker software "AS IS", i.e. without any warranties in relation to our poker room software use. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming do not warrant absolutely error free online poker room site or absolutely error free servers, nor that the services our servers are in place to provide shall be free from interruption, or crashing at all times.
2. SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS PROHIBITION. Any attempt to modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineering the online poker room software in any way is absolutely prohibited. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming reserves the right to terminate any user found to be using "modified" software. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming, without limitation, also reserves the right to exterminate the violating user's account and grab hold of any monies held in the corresponding "real money" account.
3. PROHIBITED USES. The poker room software license is given for the mere use of the individual user. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming highly forbidden any use of "Bot software", "robots", or the kind of artificial intelligence in regarded with our software. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming will terminate any users' account involved in any kind of illegal use of the software, including collusion or fraudulent activity. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming reserves the right to terminate the violating users' accounts and seize any monies held in the corresponding "real money" accounts.
4. TRUE IDENTITY. A user is allowed to have only one account with WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming. Your account name on WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming has to match your legally registered name. Account registration for "real money" accounts must match the name on the credit card(s) and/or 3 rd party deposit options such as NETELLER, used to deposit monies into your WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming account. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming reserves the right to terminate any user found to have more than one account. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming is reserving as well to seizure any funds in the corresponding "real money" accounts.
5. SECURITY. Users must keep their online poker user ID and corresponding password entirely confidential. Any and all activity and use of the WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming online poker room software and the WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming online poker website conducted thru a user ID is under the user's responsibility, and therefore users will be legally responsible for any inappropriate activities with their user ID.
6. OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE. Offensive or Abusive language within the online poker rooms table chat boards is prohibited as well as with any correspondence, written or verbal, to the staff at WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming will suspend playing privileges of users violating this policy at her sole good judgment of.
7. LIABILITY LIMITATION. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming will not be at any case liable for any damages, incidental, punitive or consequential, resulting by any use, misuse or the inability to use the online poker software provided. This includes, without limitation, damages such the business profits loss, business interruption, and loss of information or loss of privacy due to the use of the online poker room software, regardless if WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming has been suggesting any possibilities of such damages. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming will not be at any time liable for any viruses which could cause loss of data or any data damage on the user's computer equipment.
8. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming reserves the right to deduct a minimal fee from users listed as "inactive", i.e. users who do not "log in" to their account using their user ID and password for a period of 4 months. The user's corresponding "real money" account will be deducted each month the account remains inactive. At the time when the account be reactivated by the user - the account will be listed as "active", and the fee will no longer apply.
9. TERMINATION. Users may close their account and terminate this agreement at any time. Terminating your online poker user account will be done by sending us an e-mail at support@WalkerPoker.com, expressing your wishes for account termination. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, in case of user's violation of any of the terms contained within this EULA. A WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming account termination must be followed by uninstalling and erasing of all copies of our online poker room software from your computer.
10. COMPENSATION. By downloading WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming's online poker room software, the user gives his approval that WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming, its employees, officers, directors and affiliates will not be held legally responsible for any costs, without limitation, resulting from a violation of agreement by the user.
11. MODIFICATION. WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming keeps its right to make any modification to this EULA, at any time and without previous notification, with accordance to its sole good judgment. This EULA negates all previous agreements. The user must review the EULA regularly. Using WalkerPoker.com/Mergegaming poker room software is with obligatory reliant upon the user's acceptance of to this EULA as well as amendments, additions, deletions or replacements. Should the user find any of these unacceptable, the user must then terminate this EULA, uninstall and erase any copies of the online poker software from their computer.
12. Cutoff. If a provision of this agreement is at this moment or will at a later stage become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the legality or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision hereof or the legality or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision hereof.
